Every machine has its own QR code. Scan it with your phone camera and pay in your browser. No app, no account, no coins.

Scan the machine’s QR code
Find a free machine and point your phone camera at the QR code on the front. Your phone opens that machine’s page and shows if it’s free.

Choose your wash
Pick a wash for washers, or a drying time for dryers. You’ll see the price straight away. Members can use their $1 off or points, and you can add a voucher code.

Pay your way
Pay with a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. While you pay, the machine is held for you for 5 minutes so nobody else can take it. Card details go securely to our payment provider, Stripe, and never to us.

Load, close the door, relax
Load your laundry and close the door. The machine starts by itself. If it hasn’t started within a minute, press Start. Your page shows the time left and your free Wi-Fi code. Tap Notify me for a free alert when it’s done.
PREFER THE TOUCHSCREEN?
No phone? No problem.
Use the touchscreen in the store. Tap Wash or Dry, choose a free machine and your wash, then tap or insert your card on the card machine below the screen. You can scan a QR code on the screen to keep your receipt and time left on your phone.
- Machine didn’t start? Your money goes back to your card automatically.
- On iPhone? Add Wash & Whirl to your home screen to get “done” alerts.
